Architectural and Engineering Design review of Revitalization project of Pyramid of Tirana

The scope of the work consist of checking, verifying, reviewing the design and making recommendations on all the technical documentation( drawing, structural models, BoQ, Technical specifications) provided by the designer for the revitalization of the Pyramid of Tirana. ICE offered evidence of mistakes and recommendations for solutions to address lack of clarity, miscalculations, non-compliance, omissions, and discrepancies of any kind of the drawings, reports, calculations, BoQ, and technical specifications. The verification and review is conducted in compliance with the terms of references, relevant codes and regulations as per standards.

Design Review and Supervision of Works for the extension Tower of Tirana International Hotel

The scope of the work consist of checking, verifying, reviewing the design and making recommendations on all the technical documentation( drawing, structural models, BoQ, Technical specifications) provided by the designer for the New International Hotel of Tirana. ICE offered evidence of mistakes and recommendations for solutions to address lack of clarity, miscalculations, non-compliance, omissions, and discrepancies of any kind of the drawings, reports, calculations, BoQ, and technical specifications. The verification and review is conducted in compliance with the terms of references, relevant codes and regulations as per standards.

Supervision of Construction Works for Regional Roads.

The four supervision work contracts include the rehabilitation of a road section with a length of about 11 km Kllokot - Gjilan as well as the improvement of access roads with a total length of 11.6 km in the cities of Prizren, Ferizaj and Gjilan. These contracts are structured as follows: − Work contract 1: Improving the access road to the city of Prizren with a length of about 3.0 km; according to the FIDIC Red Book. − Work contract 2: Rehabilitation of road N25.3 from Kllokot to Gjilan with a length of 11 km; FIDIC Red Book. − Work contract 3: Improvement of the access road N25.2 in Gjilan with a length of 3 km; FIDIC Red Book. − Work contract 4: Improvement of the access road in the city of Ferizaj with a length of 5.6 km; FIDIC Red Book. The main services provided within this Project were as those below: Review the works contract documents including detailed engineering designs, technical specifications and bills of quantities for all works and prepare a Design Review Report with comments and preliminary suggestions on necessary design changes. Administering and supervising the work contracts as per FIDIC Red Book.

Feasibility study for the 100 MW photovoltaic plant located in Kline, Kosovo

Klina Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant has a total installed capacity 100 MWp (DC). It uses solar renewable energy source to produce and generate electricity. The solar irradiation is transformed by photovoltaic modules into electrical energy which will then be injected on the public gridThe purpose of this study is to assess the site and climate conditions, energy production and to estimate the project cost. The main objective is to highlight the potential capacity of the project area in terms of solar energy and to estimate its benefit from the financial, environmental and social point of view. The main services provided within this Project were as those below: • Project layout; • Preliminary project site and environmental investigation and assessment; • Estimation of energy production and energy yields; • Grid connection and transmission line; • Cost estimation • Business plan and • Financial analysis.

Preparation of technical design for “Improvement of the road segment Tamare Vukel”.

“Tamarë-Vukël” road segment begins from the branch of national road SH20 to Tamarë, following the existing route to Vukël and ends across the bridge at Burimi Vukël. This segment has an approximate length of 9.3 km and it passes through a hilly-mountainous terrain. This road segment directly serves residents of Vukaj village and the residents of Nikç village. “Illyrian Consulting Engineers” sh.p.k. company (Consultant) has signed with Albanian Development Fund with the power of the Contracting Authority the contract with the subject: “Improvement of the road segment Tamarë-Vukël".The main objectives of this project have been improving access of the potential Alpine touristic region, in order to improve the tourist experience, quality of life for communities and opportunities for the sustainable economic development of the area. The project aimed to improve the quality and safety of movement.

Preparation of Technical Design for the reconstruction of the Shijak Mosque

Supervision of works for intervention and maintenance of CO2 systems in HPP Fierze and HPP Koman

Ne zbatim te planit te miratuar te investimeve per vitin 2021, HEC Koman ka te planifikuar investimin per objektin: "Furnizim, montim tubacione metalike per largimin nga salla e droselave te CO2 te sistemeve MNZ te 4 agregateve ne HEC Koman", me qellim rritjen e kushteve teknike dhe sigurise ne pune. Montimi i tubacioneve dhe aksesoreve te domosdoshem per largimin e gazeve CO2 dhe gazeve te djegies, pas shuarjes se zjarrit nga sistemi i MNZ-se me bombola gazi CO2 ne dhomat e gjeneratoreve te 4 (kater) agregateve dhe sigurimin e kushteve normale per pune ne sallen e makinerive. Qellimi i projektit: - Largimi i gazrave CO2 dhe gazeve te djegies nga dhomat e gjeneratoreve te 4 (kater) agregateve ne ambjentin e jashtem. - Krijimi i kushteve normale per pune ne sallen e makinerive pas shuarjes se zjarrit ne gjenerator nga sistemi i MNZ-se me bombola gazi CO2 tek 4 (kater) agregatet ne HEC Koman. - Mbrojtja e shendetit te punonjesve dhe sigurimi i kushteve normale per pune ne sallen e makinerive. Kontrata e mbikqyrjes se objektit “Largimi i gazit CO2 nga dhoma e gjeneratorëve për sistemin e mbrojtjes kundër zjarrit në HEC FIERZË dhe KOMAN” ne prone te KESH sha dhe investitor " KESH " sha, ju dha Shoqerise lllyrian Consulting Engineers (ICE) sh.p.k dhe u nenshkrua me 05 Janar 2022.

Photovoltaic Park Alb-Solar 1, 50MW AC

The Photovoltaic Park Alb-Solar 1 is a Solar Power Plant that will convert sunlight into elctrical energy. The installed power is 50MW AC. It will be connected with directly to the transmision system. The plant is locatedin Libofshe 15 km away from Fier municipality. The total ocupied area where the photovoltaic pannels and the main inverters will be installed is 46.1ha. The net area ocupied area is 21.85ha or 47.4% of the total area. Fixed pannels will be used with an angle of 25 degrees to the horizont. The total area will be fenced and access roads will be constructed. The main services performed for this project were the following: • Detailed Plant Layout; • Detailed cables layout; • Detailed structural design of mounting structure; • Detailed design of access roads; • Detailed calculations of energy production and energy yields; • Works Organization Plan; • Cost estimation; • Construction Works Schedule • Technical Specifications.

Improvement of the road segment Tushemisht – Border Crossing Saint Naum

The "Tushemisht-Customs" road segment begins at the exit of the Tushemishti village, in its eastern part, and continues to the Tshemishti Customs, with a length of about 1km. The road is asphalted, with a width of 6m, and passes through hilly terrain, aligned next to the shore of Ohrid Lake. This road segment serves the residents of the Tushemisht village, but also more as Albania border connecting with North Macedonia. This road has prominent features of a tourist road due to the presence of Ohrid Lake and touristic areas near it, such as Tushemishti, Driloni, Shen Naumi, etc. The Project is implemented by the Albanian Development Fund as part of the "Operational Program", a program launched by the Albanian Government. The main objectives of this project have been improving access to the tourist potential of the region, in order to improve the tourist experience, the quality of life for the communities, as well as opportunities for the sustainable economic development of the area. The project will aim to improve the quality and traffic safety. For this road segment, is requested the preparation of the preliminary and detailed design.

Project Review & Preparation of Topographical Study for TAP Fier South Station Area

Detailed design for the reconstruction of “Miqesia” and “Azem Hajdari” streets, Spitalle area, Durres Municipality.

Because of the damages caused by the earthquake of November 26, 2019 in Durres municipality, a Regional Development Mandatory Plan has been conducted by the responsible authorities in the frame of Reconstruction. The Mandatory Plan consisted of the developmnet of Spitalla area which included the reconstruction of streets Miqesia”, “Azem Hajdari” and “Vala e Detit” located in the estern region of Durres. The total length of the streets is about 6 km.
